About The Lovely Arrival

The Lovely Arrival is a locally owned and operated Turnover & Property Care company proudly serving St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach, Crescent Beach, and surrounding communities. As a local business, we understand the properties, neighborhoods, and high standards that make our area such a special place to live and visit.

We specialize in vacation rental turnovers, apartment make-ready cleaning, and move-out cleanouts. With a background in property management, we understand the importance of reliability, communication, and attention to detail.

Our goal is simple: to be a dependable local partner who makes turnovers easier by getting properties cleaned, cleared, refreshed, and ready for whatever comes next.

Spotless turnovers. Lovely arrivals.
